Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information for you as a customer (the “Customer”) of LOLO Amsterdam, hereafter referred to as ‘LO Care’. When placing an order through www.lo.care (the “Site”), you agree to the terms and conditions of LO Care as a business and a shop. The Terms and Conditions always apply between the Customer and LO Care when using or placing an order through the Site. We reserve the right to update the Terms and Conditions when the need arises.



The Customer must provide LO Care with an email address to place an Order. Once an Order has been placed, the Customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs (the “Receipt”) associated with the Order (”Order Confirmation”). At this point a contract, containing also these Terms and Conditions, comes into existence and is binding between the Customer and LO Care (the “Contract”). Please note we only send the Receipt digitally in the Order Confirmation, therefore we recommend our Customers to read and/or download a copy of these Terms and Conditions, the Receipt and the Order Confirmation for future reference. If LO Care is unable to supply a Product, we will inform the Customer of this in writing and will not process the order. LO Care reserves the right to cancel an Order or cancel a Contract for any reason.


Prices and payment

All prices indicated on the Site include taxes and other levies imposed by the government, unless stated otherwise on the Site. If shipping costs are charged, these will be clearly stated on the Site before the Contract is concluded. The shipping costs will be displayed separately in the ordering process. Customers can make payments electronically on the Site in many different ways. The differing payment methods are indicated in the F.A.Q. on the Site under the title “Payment Method”.


Shipping and delivery

Orders will be processed once LO Care has received payment for the Order and shipped within two working days of receipt of payment. Once the Order has been processed and shipped, the Customer will receive an email to confirm the order has been shipped and the track and trace number associated with the shipping (”Shipping Confirmation”). Shipping costs and delivery times may differ between countries. The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. LO Care cannot be held responsible the shipping partner is unable to deliver the order to the customer within the time frame indicated. All shipments are sent securely with track and trace. More information concerning the shipping can be found in the F.A.Q. on the Site under the title “Shipping”.


Transfer of ownership

As all packages are send with Track & Trace, the point of transfer of ownership, is at the place of delivery of the products. At that moment, product liability is transferred to the Customer.


Returns and cancellations

The Customer has the right to return the Product within fourteen (14) days after the Product has been delivered to the Customer. For hygienic reasons the product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original unopened shipping packaging. LO Care ships in small boxes packed in brown paper with a shipping sticker on top. The shipping packaging must be unopened. Returns attempted without satisfying these conditions, will not be accepted.

The Customer must inform LO Care of its wish to return the Product by sending an e-mail to [email protected] within the aformentioned period of fourteen (14) days after the Product has been delivered to the Client. This e-mail should include the following information: order number, name, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address. After receipt of this e-mail, LO Care will provide a Return Authorization number (“RA Number”) to the Customer. After receipt of the RA number, the Customer will have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the Product to LO Care. The Customer must bear the costs for shipping the Products to LO Care.

The Customer is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns. The risk of the Product will transfer to LO Care when LO Care has received the Product. This means that LO Care cannot be held responsible for any returns which are (for example) lost and/or damaged in the mail when being returned. We therefore advise you to choose for registered shipment, request tracking information and insure the package containing the returned Product(s). LO Care does not make any exceptions to this policy. After receiving and accepting the returned Products, LO Care will refund the total purchase price to the Customer within fourteen (14) days.



We have constructed the Site with the greatest care. LO Care cannot guarantee that all information, content or products on the Site are displayed correctly and/or are complete at all times, therefore LO Care reserves the right to correct such errors at all times. LO Care cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the Site. LO Care has made every effort to display the products that appear at the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the pattern and colour of the wooden lids will be unique for each Product, LO Care cannot be held responsible for any deviations between the pattern and colour of the Product and the pattern and colour of the Product as displayed on the Site.


User content

All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to LO Care on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with use of this Site (collectively, “User Content”) shall be and remain our property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any User Content shall constitute an assignment to LO Care of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the User Content. Thus, LO Care will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any User Content. LO Care is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any User Content in confidence; (2) to pay any compensation for any User Content; or (3) to respond to any User Content.



In the case of queries or complaints concerning any of LO Care’s products or procedures, the Customer can submit a complaint by email or in writing. The contact details of LO Care are provided at the end of the Terms and Conditions. We will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, and in any case within seven (7) days after receipt of the complaint.



All products available on this site have been produced with the greatest care. LO Care cannot be held liable for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or any indirect damages or losses, including, without limitation, consequential damages, lost profits, lost savings, loss of data and damage due to business interruption, that can be caused by malfunctioning or ill use of the products sold on this site. We cannot be held liable for damage incurred by a third party resulting from the use of the products sold on this site.



All rights, including copyright, in this Site are owned by or licensed to LO Care. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without first acquiring written permission, this includes text and imagery. Visitors and users of this site may not modify anything on this Site for any purpose and cannot claim any rights pertaining to the information on the website. The website design and all product designs are made by LO Care. The Site is built by EGM Media.
