    If your LO packaging is still in good condition, we offer the option to refill. You will receive new products of choice in your own packaging. You can bring your products to our Amsterdam office (DROP OFF) or ship your product to us (SHIP).

  • HOW IT WORKS

    1. After buying the ‘refill’ of your choice, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
    2. Within 48 hours we will send you an e-mail with additional information.
    2a. DROP OFF you will receive our office address.
    2b. SHIP you will receive a PostNL letterbox label to print, so you can ship the package to us. Please ship your LO packaging in a package that fits through a letterbox and make sure to protect it accordingly.*
    Bring your package to a PostNL location, make sure you receive a confirmation paper.

  • 3. When we receive your packaging, we will clean and refill it with the products of your choice.
    4. We will ship your product to you and you will receive an email with a track and trace code.

    *LO will not be held responsible for broken packaging. If your product is damaged, we will refund your money minus the shipping costs of the PostNL label.
