We’re all for super simple, everyday type dinners. Ricotta, zucchini, basil and lemon are a pretty great flavour combo if you ask us.

While it is often thought of and used as a vegetable, zucchini is technically a fruit. It has a high fiber and nutrient content and a low calorie count. Perfect for an easy digestable weekday meal.

Crispy Fish Tacos

Who doesn’t love a good taco recipe, this is one of our teams’ favourites.

Raw cabbage in your taco is delicious and healthy. Ancient healers believed cabbage contained moon power because it grows in the moonlight. Now we know its power comes from its vitamin C content and high sulfur – the beautifying mineral. Sulfur is essential for keratin, a protein substance necessary for healthy hair, nails, and skin.
