This is our LO Circle rewards program. It is our way to say thanks for being part of our community. Our rewards program is designed to let our LO Circle buy at a discounted price.

Register for a customer account or login to your existing customer account to access your rewards page. Get points every time you shop and redeem points for exclusive discounts.
+ How do I join the LO Circle?
If you already have a LO account, you are automatically signed up to earn points and you’ll receive the 250 welcome points and loyalty points after your next order. If you do not have a LO account, you can create one here and you are in.
+ How do I check my points?
Simply click on ‘Activity’ under the ‘LO CIRCLE’ tab of your LO account and you will see your history of earned points.
+ How do I get more points?
In the ‘LO CIRCLE’ page in your account you’ll find all the rewards with points we offer under the ‘Rules’ tab.
Refer a friend – give €5 and get €5 (500 points )
Product review – 200 points
Add a picture – extra 200 points
Instagram follow – 50 points
Facebook follow – 50 points
Loyalty – get 5 points for every €1 you spend
+ How long will it take for points to appear in my account?
Most of your newly earned points will be visible in your account instantly. Product review points have to be approved manually and can take up to 24 hours and birthday points will automatically be credited to your account on your next birthday.
+ How do I spend my points? How do I redeem?
A minimum of 500 points (€5) is necessary to redeem your discount.
In order to redeem your points, make sure that you are logged into your account. After you’ve added everything to your CART what you want, simply go to the ‘LO CIRCLE’ page in your account. Then go to the ‘Rewards’ tab and click on the redeem button. Your discount will automatically appear in the checkout.
(redeeming credits is not possible in combination with a discount code)
Please note: you can only redeem your points in your account page; not on the checkout page.
+ What happens to my points if I make a return?
You will lose the points that you earned from placing the order and your point balance will revert back to its prior balance.
+ When do my points expire?
Your points expire 12 months after you earn them. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the expiry date of your points.
+ How do I leave the LO Circle / delete my account?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask us to unsubscribe. We’ll unsubscribe you and you’ll lose all the points you’ve accumulated. Points cannot be transferred to another account.
+ What happens if I delete my account and decide to join again?
Contact us and we will re-register you. However, your point total starts again from zero.
